Detailed condom / penis size perfect fit chart

Condom perfect fit The below chart reports the ratio between the erect penis circumference and the condom size, for every erect penis circumference to be met in the population and for the different condom sizes to be found in stores or internet.

To find specific condoms with dimensions offered, visit this Condom Size Calculator

This chart has the following entries:
- condom size (column header)
- erect penis circumference (row header)

On top of it, the condom size proposed best fit has been added as well as the cumulative repartition of the population by circumference (last 2 columns).

For example, a man with a 115mm erect penis circumference (30th percentile of the population) should wear a condom of 50mm. But he could wear a 49mm condom for extra safety, or a 52mm for extra comfort. 53 or 54mm would present an important risk of slippage and are not advised in this case.

A man with a 125mm erect penis circumference (60th percentile of the population) should wear a condom of 55mm. But he could wear any condom from 53mm to 56mm.

A man with a 135mm erect penis circumference (85th percentile of the population) should wear a condom of 60mm. But he could wear any condom from 57mm to 60mm.

So please, use this chart to preselect you condom size, depending on your own erect penis circumference. Please keep in mind that if other factors vary such as the thickness of the rubber for example, the proposed condom sizes could become not so relevant anymore.

  2. It is useless.
There is no bigger size than 69mm condom.

  3. What are the percentages inside the box refering to (the colored ones)? What do the colors signify?

  4. The percentages represent the ratio between penis girth and condom girth (30% means the penis is 30% bigger in girth than the condom).

    Green means it is OK.
Yellow means it is possible but not advised.
Purple means the condom girth is bigger than the penis girth or that it is really too small.

  7. I've been looking for something like this for two years. My husband has always said he needs a regular size condom but they seem to slip off too easy. Now I know that I should be picking up the slim or snugger fitting ones for him. I wouldn't tell him I'm getting the smaller ones but I don't want to get pregnant right now so this has been a great help so I shouldn't have to worry about it coming off so easy now. Thanks a lot!

  8. cool chart, why is it so hard to get a 60mm to 68mm condom that doesnt have a huge head. just a straight design. I have to order condoms from europe cuz all the american condoms are tiny and the few big ones have a huge head that is just rediculously large for me. the brand "my size" is the only one I have tried with success but they arent sold in the part of the world I live. horrible. the brand is good, they list the size on the front and have up to 68 mm and straight design

    1. I completely agree. It seems like every large sized condom is made for males with huge mushroom shaped heads and small shafts. There is essentially no difference between Magnum and Magnum XL condoms except that there is more room in the head and that doesn't help anything. For men with larger shafts particularly near the base, there are no good options available in the US. Condoms shouldn't have to be painful to use and so extremely tight to put on that you feel like you are being strangled. It would be great if some condom company could make a condom that actually got bigger toward the base of the penis and not always the opposite.

  10. This chart is really helpful, thanks!

When using this chart to choose a condom size, where should I measure circumference on the penis? Is it measured at the base of the penis?

    1. approx. (7 cm) from the opening (the measuring point for manufacturers)
